Barber's Design Notes:

Size: 45x57 feet. Height of story, 12 feet; good attic. Three coats paint and plaster. Cellar under entire house, frost proof. Bath and kitchen plumbing only. Dining room has vaulted ceiling, paneled in wood. Foundation of stone.
